How the math works: You hold a standard 6% listing agreement with your seller. Because WatchDog buys directly with no buyer's agent in the transaction, you don't share your commission — you keep the full listing side. We then add 1.5% at closing, for up to 7.5% total to you. This structure applies to pre-MLS properties only (brought to WatchDog before the property is publicly listed on the MLS). Commission amounts depend on your specific listing agreement and are subject to your brokerage's policies and applicable state real estate laws and regulations.
